1.Los perros del vecino de mi hermana son grandes pero no hacen nada de ruido.
My sister's neighbour dogs are big but they don't make any noisy
2.A: ¿A qué hora te acuestas?
What time do you go to bed?
B: Normalmente a las doce pero, si estoy muy cansado, a las once.
Normally at clock 12:00 but I'm very tired at 11:00
3.A: ¿Cómo te sientes al final del día?
How do you feel the end of day?
B: Suelo estar bastante estresado así que me gusta relajarme viendo una película.
I'm usually quite stressed so I like relax watching the film
4.A: ¿Con qué frecuencia quedas con tus amigos?
How often do you meet your friends?
B: Una o dos veces por semana.
Once or twice a week
5A:¿Sabes cantar o tocar algún instrumento?
Can you sing or play any musical instrument
B: Lo siento mucho. No, no sé.
I'm so sorry. No, I can't
6.A: ¿Qué haces?
What are you doing?
B:Estoy preparando la redacción para la profesora de inglés.
I'm preparing the writing composition for my English teacher
7.En invierno no me importa el frío si brilla el sol porque hay una luz maravillosa.
In winter I don't mind the could if the sun is shining because there is a wonderful light
8.A: ¿Qué talla usa?
What's your size?
B: La mediana, pero me gustaría probármelo para ver si me sienta bien.
The medium, but I would like try on to see it fits me

I can only guess what the Spanish sentences mean by looking at the English translation, I just point to the mistakes in English.
Mistakes in blue

My sister's neighbour's dogs are big but they don't make any noisyNoisy is an adjective, they aren't Noisy, noise is a noun, they Don't make any noise.
