Hello,
to allude begins with an a like the word allusion: to allude means to make an allusion to something.
to elude begins with an e, reminiscent of the latin word ex meaning out of, when you elude a question, when you elude a blow, you avoid it, you escape from it.
the difference is obvious for somebody who knows the latin origin of the words, but it is less obvious for you in Vietnam !

May I use elude this word in such a situation :
He asked me something concerning my private life, I eluded his question by answering him something else.
Is it correct? Your suggestion will be very helpful.

HelloElude is not the best choice in this context. I would use "evade".

Here are two sentences:
"He asked me something about my private life but I evaded his question by changing the subject."
"He asked me something about my private life but I ignored his question by changing the subject."
Would you please tell me the difference between these two sentences. Which one is more correct ?

And for Baouyen: you probably see clearly the difference between the two verbs when trying to put each of them in a sentence.

HelloIn my opinion, the construction "ignore .... by changing the subject" doesn't work.
You can say: dodged/sidestepped ... by changing
You could also say: He asked me something about my private life but I ignored/avoided his question and changed the subject.
