Bonjour,
Dear Sir/Madam,
Following a long reflection, I decided to spend a few months abroad. Currently in second year at ENSIAME engineering school, I therefore wish to integrate the University of Sheffield to be completed six months via the Erasmus academic program.
If I want to participate in this exchange is in part to the human aspect. From the United States would allow me to experience different cultures from those that I know, meeting people with habits and customs that are foreign to me, visiting unusual places in the eyes of a French like me. But also to better prepare me for the job of the engineer and deepen my level of English. With the Erasmus program and curriculum of the proposed mechanical engineer at the University of Sheffield, I could both my knowledge in language and discover a culture to which I am not familiar. I could acquire maximum knowledge to the profession of a mechanical engineer. These few months allow me to open up to the world and to others, they also allow me perhaps to finally find my career path.
Finally, I am very attracted by the prospect of discovering one from a foreign country and certainly very different from ours. Live this experience abroad is a personal challenge that I wish to strongly address. I am motivated and passionate about what I do. I also see this stay in a foreign university as an essential step in my graduate studies and a major asset in building my career.
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you wish to discuss this in more detail.
I look forward to hearing from you.
